AMACOP invites you to participate in the #PinkWave #15MWave, an initiative which aims to raise awareness about Long Covid as part of the #15M #LongCovidAwarenessDay

What is it about?

Next March 15th is the International Long Covid Awareness Day

Therefore, AMACOP has launched an initiative called #PinkWave #15MWave. The idea is to get as many people as possible uploading photos on their social networks wearing a pink face mask that day

If pink is not your color, you can just use any other!
The goal is Long Covid Awareness...
Simply use #15MWave

How can I participate?

It's simple. Share some photos of yourself wearing a pink face mask on social networks

Include the text you want but make sure you don’t forget to add the following hashtags and mentions:

What if I don't have the energy to take a picture??

We have a plan B! We have generated various images using Artificial Intelligence (AI) which you can access from our google drive

Can I create my own images with AI?

Sure! It's easy and very entertaining! If you feel like creating your own images, you can do it here: https://www.bing.com/images/create

How to create images with AI?

It only takes 3 steps:

1. Log in with an email address

2. In the white box above, write the instructions of what you want the image to show

3. Click on the "create" button

It generates 4 image options that you can save and share

The application allows you to make 15 sets of 4 pictures for free

And what instructions do I have to use with the AI? ?

Some examples of instructions would be:

"Pixar-like image of a group of hundreds of people walking through Madrid with pink FFP2 (anti covid) masks on their faces. Leading the march is a blonde woman also wearing a pink face mask"

"Realistic type image of a middle-aged woman with glasses and short hair with bangs, wearing a pink FFP2 face mask on her face and walking her dog down the street"

What about if I don't have social media??

We have a plan C! If you don't have social networks, you can share your photos or videos with AMACOP so we can use them on your behalf as part of the campaign
